At Cosmo Lighting Kensington, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your lighting fixture isn't perfect, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our Kensington support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective internal padding to ensure it arrives back safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred trackable carrier to send the package back to our designated warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
